All of our Floor Signal Stations have additional inputs for added flexibility, integration and data collection capabilities.
There are 4 additional inputs for turning on the 4 LED lights. This means you can add an additional switch box,
integrate with your automation or use a sensor to trigger a light.
There are then an additional 7 inputs that do not turn on any lights, but can collect and pass data to our Resource Control Database for analysis. By adding a simple limit switch to an old piece of equipment, you can collect cycle counts, up time or OEE data.

We have invented two new cast iron components that
enable you to build your own stand using your
inventory of 1/2" black pipe! The Knuckle creates the
tripod and the optional Foot enables the tripod to be
secured in place if necessary. Use the Knuckle and
Foot components to mount your andon equipment or
make other creations like a Kaizen Desk!
